Dear Black King

Sharing is caring!

I see the fear in your eyes with every heart beat;

The fear of being labelled something you have never known;

The pain of not being identified for who you truly are;

Born in a world where your worth is deemed by the colour of your skin;

A world where hopes and dreams are JUST hopes and dreams for a black man;

But do you know you are loved;

The One who created you did not see your worth in the colour of your skin but in Him:

He knew you before you were formed,called you when you were shackled down by the hate of your own skin;

He set you apart to show you your glory king,to show you the crown you always had but never recognised;

Rise up and take your place KING!
