Today is day 3 of the Winter Afroblogger 2020 and we are sharing our favourite local food. I am not that experimental with food (probably need to explore more) but there is one snack/food I always have when I go to my favourite cafe.

I visit (used to visit) this cafe before Covid-19 for about 2 years. It is my sanctuary where I am inspired to write most of my story, looking over Oxford University. It has become my tradition to order this and I can not wait for Waterstones book store to open so I can be “inspired” by my favourite food.

My mouth is watering as I write this post. I miss having this with a pink lemonade on ice. It gets my creative juices flowing. I have written some of my best stories after eating this: Zvemoyo, Chipo, 3:15 AM and others. I love this toastie and I think I need to learn how to make it myself, maybe I might start writing stories every day.
